Staffing Recruiting Miami

MLP Staffing Solutions, LLC

A search should be a brief, a calendar, and a decision.

We help employers open a role, keep candidates moving, and hold the hiring process steady through interviews and close — without turning the search into a pile of unanswered notes.

Start an inquiry How a search is run

Hiring fails in the gaps — between the brief, the calendar, and the last unanswered question.

MLP exists to close those gaps. We take the intake seriously, write a brief both sides can recognize, and keep the search moving until you are ready to decide.

The firm

Staffing support that stays on the employer’s side of the table.

MLP Staffing Solutions is a Miami staffing and recruiting firm. We work with hiring managers, office leaders, and operations teams who need a search handled with a clear owner — not a flood of unsorted résumés.

What we are

A practical recruiting desk for employers. We gather the role, frame it so candidates and interviewers are talking about the same seat, coordinate the people in motion, and keep notes so the process does not stall when someone is out of the office.

We are not a job board, a payroll company, or a replacement for your hiring manager. Offers, compensation, and the final yes or no stay with you.

How we work with you

One search, one brief, one named contact on your side. You tell us who decides, who interviews, and what “ready to start” means. We run the coordination around that — confirmations, status, and the next step — so you are not reconstructing the search from email threads.

Confidential seats are treated as confidential. Candidate materials go only to the people you name.

Work

What a search includes

You can engage the full sequence or ask for the piece that is currently breaking — intake, coordination, or interview support.

  1. Employer intake

A structured first conversation to make the seat real: title, reporting line, why it is open, must-haves versus preferences, schedule and location, interviewers, and what “filled” actually means for your team.

    • Named owner on the hiring side
    • Constraints written down, not assumed
    • A shared picture of timing
  2. Role framing

The intake becomes a brief a candidate can read and an interviewer can use. We keep the language specific — duties, tools, hours, and the problems this person will walk into — so you are not screening against a slogan.

    • A working description you can amend
    • Must-haves separated from nice-to-haves
    • Notes the interview panel can share
  3. Candidate coordination

Once people are in motion, someone has to keep both sides aligned. We handle introductions, scheduling, confirmations, and status so a promising conversation does not die in a full inbox.

    • Interview windows that match your panel
    • Status the hiring team can actually use
    • Follow-up when a step is waiting
  4. Hiring-process support

Through interviews and close we hold the sequence: who meets whom, in what order, what was asked, and what is still open. When you are ready to continue, the handoff is a clean file — not a scavenger hunt.

    • A visible interview order
    • Open questions captured after each round
    • Close support without taking the decision

Searches

Seats we are set up to open

We work across ordinary business roles. Tell us the work, not a slogan. If the seat is outside what we can run well, we will say so in intake.

Office and administration
Front office, executive support, records, scheduling, and the people who keep a workplace moving.
Operations and coordination
Dispatchers of work, coordinators, operations assistants, and roles that live in checklists and handoffs.
Customer and account support
Service desks, account coordination, and seats that sit between your clients and your internal team.
Professional and specialist
Individual-contributor seats where the brief is specific — tools, credentials you require, and the problems waiting on day one.

Process

Five steps. The same order every time.

A search is easier to trust when everyone knows what happens next. We do not skip intake to look busy, and we do not call a search finished because a résumé was forwarded.

  1. Intake

We confirm the vacancy, the constraints, who interviews, and who decides. If something is still fuzzy — budget, hours, start date — it gets named here, not discovered in the third interview.

  2. Role framing

The intake is turned into a brief. You review it. Candidates and interviewers should be able to read the same page and describe the same job.

  3. Coordination

People are introduced against that brief. We schedule, confirm, and keep a running status so the hiring team is never guessing who is waiting on whom.

  4. Interview support

We hold the sequence and capture what remains open after each conversation. If a round needs a different interviewer or a skills check you already use, that gets planned — not improvised.

  5. Close and handoff

When you choose to continue, we help the last mile stay orderly: communications, timing, and a file your team can keep. The offer and the decision are yours.

Working together

What to send. What we will not do.

A useful first note

You do not need a polished job description. A few honest lines are enough to start intake:

  • Role title and whether it is new or a backfill
  • The work this person will actually do in the first 90 days
  • Must-haves (tools, hours, language, licenses you require)
  • Who interviews and who signs off
  • When you need someone sitting in the seat

Boundaries

  • We do not publish your opening on this website.
  • We do not make hiring decisions or reject people on your behalf.
  • We do not ask candidates or clients for passwords, payments, or bank details through this form.
  • Background checks, drug screens, and payroll stay with you or the vendor you already use.
  • Fee and engagement terms are discussed after intake — not guessed from a web page.

FAQ

Questions employers actually ask

Do you work with job seekers on this site?

This page is for employers. If we are running a search, we coordinate candidates as part of that search. We do not list openings here and we do not collect general job applications on this form.

Can you run a confidential search?

Yes. Say so in the inquiry. We share candidate materials only with the people you name, and we do not discuss the seat as a public opening.

Do you fill temporary, contract, and permanent seats?

Tell us how the seat is actually hired on your side. We shape the search around that. We do not force a staffing product you did not ask for.

Where do you work?

The firm is in Miami. Geography for a given search — on-site, hybrid, or otherwise — is part of intake, not a slogan.

How long does a search take?

It depends on the brief, the interview panel, and how quickly feedback comes back. We will not invent a number to look fast. After intake we can talk about a realistic sequence.

What does it cost?

Engagement terms are discussed after we understand the seat. This site does not quote fees, retainers, or guarantees.

What should I not put in the form?

Do not send passwords, account credentials, payment information, or unnecessary personal data about candidates. A work email, the company, and a plain description of the role are enough.
